Gesucht wird ein Mensch, der sich im alternativen und LSBTI- Umfeld wohl fühlt und sich gerne einbringt. Aktuelle Bewohner sind Mitte 20 und Mitte 40 Jahre alt. Im EG befinden sich Vereinsräume, in denen Veranstaltungen und Konzerte stattfinden. Die Whg befindet sich nach einem Bewohnerwechsel in einem renovierungsbedürftigen Zustand (Streichen erwünscht, Farbe vorhanden)

We're searching for someone who's comfortable with LGBTQ+ and alternative people. The current two tenants are aged in their mid-twenties and mid-fourties respectively. The ground floor of the house consists of a shared space in which concerts and other events may take place from time to time.
The apartment is currently being renovated (there are still some walls that need to be painted)
