ist nur im Ausnahmefall, etwa aufgrund einer schwe-
ren Verfehlung, möglich. Das soll sicherstellen, dass
die Organmitglieder nicht durch kurze Vertragslauf-

Annahmen darüber zu treffen, wie und mit wel-
cher zeitlichen Verzögerung die geldpolitischen
Instrumente auf das Preisniveau wirken.

Die Fed kann kein Vorbild
für die EZB-Ratsreform sein
