Room in shared flat in Amberg city centre

I'm looking for a new tenant for my room in a shared flat. The room is in the "Studentenwohnanlage Eichenforst".

The room is available from August.

The room is 16.5 m2 and is furnished. The room comes with a 1m x 2m bed, desk, bookshelf, wardrobe and a cabinet.

2 other people live in the apartment, everyone has their own bedroom. A bathroom with bathtub and shower, a separate toilet, a living room with view of the river Vils and a kitchen also belong to the apartment. There is a dish washer in the kitchen.

3 washing mashines and a dryer are available and shared with everyone in th house.

The university OTH Amberg is only 10 minutes by foot, the train station is also only 10 minutes by foot. The apartment is in the city centre and all shops are easily reachable.

The total cost of the room is 460€ including all costs (Internet, electricity and heating are all included).

The deposit is 500€
