As we move our company in 2024 to our main site in Amberg, we are expaning our team to assist the founders and company owners in implementing the company‘s growth strategy.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist the founders in developing and implementing the company’s growth strategy and actively contribute to the development of long-term business goals.
  • Manage, oversee, and actively engage in daily operations, such as customer offer creation, production planning and operations (precision machining and processing of fiber composite components), purchasing, and logistics.
  • Help implement standard operating procedures and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity, enable scalability, ensure quality and compliance, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Work with founders to recruit, train, and manage staff as the company grows.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Your skills and what you are into

  • First hands-on experience and/or successfully completed vocational training in machine building, precision machining, or a similar field.
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and motivated self-starter, eager to take ownership and responsibility for end-to-end operations and quality of service to our customers.
  • Aim for a high level of accuracy and pay attention to details.
  • Confident in your verbal and written communication skills (German required; additional languages are a plus), eager to manage and retain customer relationships – familiarity with the language of B2B and our focus industries is beneficial.

We would like to offer you and are asking for

  • Earliest start date as of August 2024: Initially part-time (e.g., 14 h - 20 h/week) in a flexible working model – since operations happen on-site, working at our site in Amberg is required.
  • Base salary and additional performance-based benefits following your results and business growth.
  • Willingness and ability to join the team for a minimum of 12 months, as initiatives take time to make an impact and to pay off.
  • Based on your desire and business growth, the opportunity to join the company full-time as a managing director.
