As we move our company in 2024 to our main site in Amberg, we are expaning our team to assist the founders and company owners in implementing the company‘s growth strategy.

Yourtasks and responsibilities

  • Assist the founders in developing and implementing the company’s growth strategy and actively contribute to the development of business goals.
  • Develop a structured approach for identification of new business opportunities and prospects by selecting and establishing the right tools (e.g., Google Search, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).
  • Identify prospects and potential customers following a hands-on approach to build a funnel of opportunities.
  • Develop, execute, and follow-up on cold calling and cold emailing campaigns to introduce the company and its services.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective customers.
  • Develop and implement a systematic approach for customer relationship management (CRM system, metrics, and KPIs) to retain existing customers, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a pipeline of opportunities.

Yourskills and whatyouareinto

  • First hands-on work experience in sales/marketing, industrial engineering, or comparable field.
  • First experience or eagerness to learn quickly how to identify, implement, and leverage tools such as Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or others for prospect research, and a CRM system to manage the pipeline of opportunities and existing customer relationships (whatever tools we come up with, we need to keep it simple – outcome matters).
  • Ability to translate strategic plans into practice, following a hands-on approach and way of working to make effective and efficient progress with growth initiatives.
  • Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and motivated self-starter, eager to take ownership and responsibility for your growth initiatives in a persistent fashion.
  • Confident with your verbal and written communication skills (German/English preferred, additional languages are a plus), eager to establish and retain customer relationships. Speaking the language of B2B and our focus industries is beneficial.

  • Earlieststart date asof August 2024: Initially part-time (e.g., 8 h - 20 h/week) in a flexible and hybrid working model – we aim to meet as a team on a regular basis at our site in Amberg.
  • Base salary and additional performance-based benefits following your results and business growth.
  • Willingness and ability to join the team for a minimum of 9-12 months, as initiatives take time to make an impact and pay off.
