Single Room with bathroom available in a shared House (female only)

Hi there, I am giving out my room as I am moving out. The contract will run till September and you can extend with the landlord thereafter if you wish to. The house is shared between 4 females, all students of the university. There's a huge kitchen with cabinets, dishwasher and oven. The is a big bathroom upstairs shared between everyone but this room has a single toilet downstairs for you alone. Washing machine and dryer all included. The rent is including everything, warm and cold. The Deposit is only 350 euros. There is WiFi available too. If interested, please leave me a message.
