Room needed from September 01 2025 onwards

I am a Masters student currently enrolled at OTH Amberg. I am looking for a place of accommodation in Amberg starting from 01.09.2025. I'm searching for a clean apartment with a good environment around and good neighbours/roommates. My budget would be 350 EUR warm rent or below, as this is what I can afford. I'm a clean, friendly person who happens to cook great food too. Please help me and I shall reward you by preparing a good meal for you!
