Course of studies
Would you like to read about new technologies, innovative solutions and digital business models not only in the media, but also actively shape the digital future?
Then the Master's degree in Digital Business provides you with the necessary tools. The master's program comprises a high-quality course of study on core management topics in the age of digital transformation and creates the prerequisites to help shape the digital transformation.
The full-time program normally comprises three semesters, starting in the winter semester. The curriculum provides for the acquisition of 30 credits in each of the three semesters. In the first two semesters, 30 ECTS credits are earned in each of the courses, and in the third semester the Master's thesis is earned in 20 ECTS credits and two courses in 10 ECTS credits.

Methodology and didactics - We teach differently!
Experience: In our Master's programme you will be accompanied by experienced professors as well as proven digitisation experts and executives from the business world.
Innovative forms of learning: Just as important to us as the learning content is the way in which we create a shared learning experience with you. Therefore, innovative learning and learning concepts and a strong practical orientation will be the focus of our attention. Active learning, case study work and numerous projects will shape the culture of learning. Several participating lecturers have already received awards from the Bavarian State Minister for Education and Culture, Science and Art for outstanding teaching at Bavarian universities.
Scientific methodology: The Master of Science qualifies you to carry out demanding scientific work. Therefore a strong reference to methods and procedures of computer science, business informatics, statistics and econometrics is required. Special emphasis is placed on the application of quantitative methods in the fields of digital business.
