The topics of equality and equal opportunities are not only part of the term diversity, but also part of the strategy process at OTH Amberg-Weiden. This is supported by the embedding of equal treatment in the university's mission statement and by the university's equality concept. However, equality and equal opportunities do not only mean gender equality here, they also mean the equal treatment of people from different nations, cultural and religious backgrounds. Therefore, OTH Amberg-Weiden supports refugees and eases their start in a new environment by providing various assistance.
