    Due to staff absence due to illness, the library in Amberg is reducing its regular opening hours until the end of July.

    Monday to Thursday: 9 am - 4 pm
    Friday: 9 am - 2 pm

    In justified exceptional cases, external users can arrange to collect or return books at a later time after prior notification by email.

    The 24-hour opening hours are of course available to university members with authorisation as usual.

    To make it easier for you to prepare for the approaching exams, the Amberg Library will open the two group study rooms again around the clock from 23 June 25 until the end of the semester.

    Some (self-evident) rules must be observed:

    •     Do not leave any rubbish, empty bottles etc. on the tables. There are rubbish bins.
    •     Switch off lights when leaving
    •    Close windows when leaving (insects, bad weather ...)
