Still looking for a way to finance your studies? Then you have the opportunity to get to know various programs on 26 March between 11 am and 5 pm. The BAföG office will also be there!
Dear students,
on March 26, 2025 an online information session on scholarships and BAföG will take place between 11 am and 5 pm. The BAföG office will start the session at 11 a.m.
After that you will have the opportunity to meet scholarship holders from various foundations (some of whom are also students at our university!), who will present their programs and explain what is important when applying and how the whole process works.The following programs are represented:
11.30 am: Deutschlandstipendium (nationwide funding program of the BMBF and private funding partners)
12.00 noon: Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung (political foundation, close to the Green party)
12.30 pm: Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (political foundation, close to the Social Democrat party)
1 pm: Avicenna-Studienwerk (Muslim foundation)
1.30 pm: Stiftung Begabtenförderung berufliche Bildung (for students with professional experience in Germany)
2.00 pm: Stiftung der deutschen Wirtschaft (foundation close to economy/ employers)
2.30 pm: Hanns-Seidel-Stiftung (political foundation, close to the Conservative party in Bavaria - CSU)
3.00 pm: Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (political foundation close to the Conservative party nationwide - CDU)
3.30 pm: Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (neutral concerning religions or political parties)
Max-Weber-Programm (Bavarian program to support talented students studying in Bavaria)4.00 pm: Evangelisches Studienwerk Villigst (Christian protestant)
4.30 pm: Cusanuswerk (Christian catholic)
In order to participate, just enter the BBB-Raum at the time the programme you are interested in will be introduced.
