Studentenunterkunft in OTH Amberg für langfristige Miete

Hello,
I am a student at OTH Amberg-Weiden and am currently studying MSc in Artificial Intelligence for Industrial Applications . I am looking for long-term accommodation starting April 1st.

About me:
    • Friendly, tidy and responsible
    • Passionate about technology, programming, art and video editing
    • Respect privacy , but also like social contacts and meeting new people
    • Non-smoker and no pets

What I am looking for:
    • Location: Near OTH Amberg-Weiden or with good transport links
    • Move in: From 1 April
    • Long-term rental preferred
    •     Furnished or partially furnished
    • Budget: 400-500
