Ich suche ein WG-Zimmer oder eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnungzue Miete

Hey, da ich ab Oktober mein Masterstudium in Weiden beginne, suche ich nach einem gemütlichen WG-Zimmer oder einer 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Ich bin eine sehr saubere, organisierte und pflichtbewusste Person, die großen Wert auf ein gepflegtes Wohnumfeld legt. Außerdem bin ich Nicht-Raucherin. Die Kaltmiete sollte nicht höher als 350€ sein und bei der Größe der Wohnfläche bin ich ganz offen. Bei Fragen, Tipps oder Interesse sehr gerne bei mir melden.
